Terri Chiodo, Founder and CEO of iAspire, brings over 25 years of marketing & sales experience to the company table. Terri focuses on the creation, communication and implementation of iAspire's vision, mission, and overall direction. She oversees the operation of the company, insuring efficiency, quality, & high-performance recruiting initiatives. Terri's leadership & sales experience, lends itself well to drive significant growth and revenue for iAspire & their clients.
Terri is a former Vice President & Director of Advertising at the highly respected, national financial publication, Investor's Business Daily. During her 18-year tenure at IBD, her most recent responsibilities included overseeing a sales team of 20 Account Managers & support staff at their Los Angeles headquarters and regional offices in New York, Chicago & San Francisco. She was instrumental in negotiating sales contracts with top luxury automotive advertisers, as well as national technology campaigns, which significantly contributed to the company reaching profitability.
In 2007, Terri made a life choice to spend more quality time with her young daughter, who was just starting kindergarten and she launched iAspire. The flexibility and proximity of her company located in Malaga Cove Plaza in Palos Verdes Estates, is close by her home in Redondo Beach.
Terri enjoys cooking, playing softball, hiking, swimming and spending time with family & friends, including her furry ones...Rossler & Keebler!

Kimberly Headley - Operations & Administrative Manager
Kim grew up in the Great Lake state of Michigan. Her family relocated to California when she was in High School. After college in Santa Barbara , she moved to the Mt. Shasta area of Northern CA, where she raised her three children.
Before joining iAspire in 2014, Kim was in the travel & hospitality industry. She worked as a travel agent & consultant for several years. Kim also managed a boutique, resort & destination in Northern CA for over 10 years.
Kim is an integral part of the iAspire Team. She overseas the support and administrative operations of the firm. Kim manages and coordinates our recruiting initiatives from start to finish, compiling targeted data, preparing detailed candidate summaries and post-campaign analysis & metrics. Kim also maintains our internal database and CRM.
Kim enjoys hiking, meditating, cooking and gardening. Kim loves spending time with her family & friends, including Gilly, the furry prince of the family!
